Description

Automatic collet chuck type oil seal trimming machine is particularly designed for trimming high-grade rubber ring outside diameter and shaping internal edge accurately. Automatically holding ring oil seal with collet chuck, it automatically cuts sample with cutter. Two knives can work separately at the same time, or one after the other. It has the functions of automatic or manual foot switch and cumulative production. The work piece, which is processed by the machine, is fine in appearance, accurate in size and high concentricity. The control system uses CMOS digital logical circuit, and drive part uses non-contact switch, solid-state relay and pneumatic logic elements. High reliability and simple operation.
