Intelligent temperature control,FUZZY+PIDD artificial intelligence control algorithm is adapted any heating elements without limitation.It result in very precise temperature control and ensure the consistency of hot runner system.
Electronic protection against neutral malfunction:In order to avoid incorrect connection between the R.S.T. Line and the neutral line.This function helps to protect hot runner system and controller.
Thermocouple protection:If buzzer works with corresponding error codes in one or more modules, the controller will stop working automatically for an emergency operation mode.This function helps to protect the thermocouple.
Heater protection:This function helps to protect hot runner system and controller.
Selectable soft-start mode: eliminate the die electric leakage caused by humidity and increases mold life.
Bumpless transfer:The outstanding bumpless transfer which, in the event of thermocouple fault,provides switch over to manual mode at the proper power setting to continue molding until the fault can be corrected.
