Lost Wax Casting
For products with higher cosmetic and strength requirements, we prefer to use lost wax casting, typically in stainless 304 or brass.
This technology can produce precise and complex products in net and near net shape, which can be directly used without machining or after just a little machining.
We provide parts such as the bits and spurs through the use of a lost wax casting technique. Silver inlay is a secondary process
