HXB Series incongruous parallel twin-screw serial extruder absorbs various foreing manufacturers' advantages in aspects of the parallel double screw extruder design,i.e. large ratio of length to diameter screw,low temperature plasticating milling components,large torsion gear reduced speed system.long life thrust bearing,flexible combined structure,advanced and reliable electrical trailing control system.This extruder adopts two feed methods:volumetric measuring feed and zero-gravity measuring feed.The cylinder cooling employs efficient air cool or oil circulating cool two methods.The electrical trailing utilizes two ways:(1)imported DC speed regulator spurs on famous brand DC motor (2)imported DC frequency variator spurs on AC variable frequency motor to output the powerful dynamice. The control means may use imported instrument control or PLC computer fully automatic control ways.
