Description
As a custom injection molder of thermoplastic products, our processing department has a wide machine capacity ranging from 26 to 300 tons clamp force with shot size up to 34 ounce (up to 970 grams). Our modern molding department is supported by an in-house tool room and equipped with all the necessary auxiliary equipment such as; central air compressor, central chiller that can drop the cooling water temperature to 10oc, robotic arms, conveying system, hot runner temperature controllers, desiccant dryers, thermolater, and etc.
