Description
The screw has special mixing function and great capacity of plasticization. T-shape die head takes the design of bimodal current, making the adjustment of thickness of the board more accurate. Temperature controlling plus or minus 1 degree centigrade can accurately control plasticization process, thickness of board and smoothness. The modes of the three-stick calendar: horizontal, vertical or inclining angle of 45 degree can be freely up and down. Thickness control of board: adjusted by the screw or bidirectional controlled by clamping roller, can accurately control thickness of the board. Separately controlled temperature-controlling system of stick and drum can accurately control temperature of pressing round die so that the board is even. Sheeter makes length and quantity of the board accurate. Furling platform device: with the expert torque motor, it can freely adjust speed and tension. Equipped with automatically meter-measuring appliance so can set length of the product.
