Description
Operational principle of POM.PP.PMMA.PTFE stick extruder unit: Single- screw extruder nose extrudes, mould finalizes the shape, cooling trough cools, the traction machine draws, the saw cutting machine or planetary cutting machine finally cut. They have the advantages of stable performance, convenient observation, little noise, good quality and low price. Application scope: they are appliable to produce hard pipes or plastic sticks products such as PVC stick, POM stick, PTFE stick, POM transparent pipe and PC (organic glass). This unit is also appliable to produce high-class transparent organic glass tubes.
