Seaflyer is a HK registered company, found in 1998 with a factory locating at Shenzhen, China. Our factory mainly designs and manufactures plastic molds for automobile, medical devices, motorcycle, packaging, household electrical appliances, telecommunication, toys & etc.
Besides the hot-runner, prototype, die casting, we are accomplished in BMC (thermosetting material) mould, MUD mould, especially, we are experienced in the manufacturing of large size mould. The biggest mould we can make is 2.0 m x 1.8 m, weighs around 18 tons. Now we have 9 CNC machines including 2 high speed CNC made in Japan, 16 NC milling machines, 9 EDM including 2 Mitsubishi precision EDM and 2 Topedm precision EDM, 6 wire-cutters including one Mitsubishi high precision wire-cutter, 18 injection- molding machines and various measurement equipments.
